Is your facility secure?

• Superlock's facility is fenced and gated, all customers gain access with a unique code entered into the computer monitored gate system, if at any time the unit is opened without the access code having been entered an alarm sounds alerting the on-site staff. Our facility is closed to the public from the hours of 9:00 pm to 5:00 am.

Can I drive right up to my unit?

• Yes! All units are accessible from your vehicle. Units 10 x 15 and smaller are located under lighted, covered access tunnels. Tunnel heights in building one are 8’ 6” and in building two are 9’ 6”.

What do I need to rent at Superlock?

• A state issued picture ID, current address and phone number. You will also need the name address and phone number of a friend or relative as an alternate means of contact and your first month’s rent.

Do I have to sign a long term lease?

• No. Our leases run ‘month to month’ from the date you rent.

Do you offer long term leasing discounts?

• Yes. If you pre-pay 12 months rent Superlock gives you one month free.

Do you sell boxes and packing supplies?

• Yes. We offer a fine selection of boxes and packing supplies. We can also special order any box size or specification and have it in stock within 48 hours.

Is the facility open on major holidays?

• Yes. Unlike some of our competitors, our facility is open 5:00 am to 9:00 pm 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

What size unit do I need?

• That really depends on what you’ve got to store, but here is what units can generally hold.
05 x 05 = a coat closet.
05 x 10 = large walk in closet.
10 x 10 = contents of a 1 bedroom apt.
10 x 15 = the contents of a 2 bedroom apt or small home.
10 x 20 = car, boat or the contents of a 2 bedroom home.
10 x 25 = car, boat or the contents of a 3 bedroom home.
10 x 30 = car, boat or the contents of a 3 to 5 bedroom home.
10 x 35 = car and boat or the contents of a 5 to 7 bedroom home.

Do you offer pallets?
• Yes. Pallets are provided free of charge.

What can I not store at Superlock?
• Food, Hazardous Chemicals, or Explosives.
